K & M CONSTRUCTION, INC.

Denis Marlowe, of K & M Construction, Inc., a licensed general contractor, began working as a masonry subcontractor in 1977 and has worked exclusively in building trades for the past twenty-five years.   He worked his way up as a mason, concrete finisher, roofer, plumber, electrician, re-modeler of homes, frame and finish carpenter, and finally as a prime contractor and Master Builder.  Denis and his wife, Sara Kambouris, have formed K & M Construction, Inc. 

Denis has framed at least fifty homes in the Monteagle area.  Most of these custom homes are the more expensive, hard-to-build homes.  Some of the larger framing projects have been around 4,500 square feet.  His professional reputation is outstanding.  K & M specializes in architecturally challenging homes and in particular, the most exacting of property owners and architects.   K & M manages a dedicated, full-time work crew and is also properly insured.   

In Monteagle, Tennessee, a resort atmosphere has developed for second homes and weekend homes.  Denis has worked on a significant portion of these homes over the last twenty-five years. K & M also builds spec homes; their most recent project encompassed over 2000 square feet of living space.  K & M’s conservative approach to contracting minimizes excess expenses during the entire building process.  K & M will provide a list of references upon request.
